Neath and Port Talbot Watchdog (NPTW)

The fight for justice against corruption is never easy. It never has been and never will be. It exacts a toll on our self, our families, our friends, and especially our children. In the end, I believe, as in many individual cases, the price we pay is well worth holding on to our dignity. Free Tommy Robinson

I think the BBC, Sky and all the rest of the crap UK TV news channels are suffering from some sort of '
Phobia'.  After all they accuse us normal people of suffering a mental illness (Phobia) if you say anything against Homosexuals, Transvestites, Feminists, the Royal Family or even Sir Mo Farah who now wants to be known as Sir Mohamed by the way.

Agencies repeatedly let down tragic teen Simone
January 12, 2012

AN INQUIRY into the death of a teenage suicide victim has revealed that she was let down by care agencies over and over again during her short life.

Despite being put on the child protection register just after she was born, Simone Grice's life spiralled out of control.

At least six agencies were involved in her care, yet they failed to co-ordinate their activities and to recognise the risks she faced in her life.

At home, the Illogan girl lived with a mother who suffered from chronic mental health problems

She was returned there despite concerns raised by an aunt.

And allegations she was abused were never followed up by the authorities.

She never adjusted to school life and had been excluded from two primary schools by the time she was 11.

Latterly, she was educated at home, where her access to a computer was not adequately supervised, and she "met" older men via online chat rooms.

She took her own life in July 2009, aged 15, apparently after a rift with a middle-aged man.

A Serious Case Review was commissioned following her death and a series of recommendations made to try to prevent another young person falling through the net of care agencies.
